Captivea is a IT and Software services company with 2 activities :

  • The first activity concerns the integration of business management software.We implement CRM, marketing automation, ERP, and custom software.

  • Our second activity is IT services, around cloud hosting, collaborative work and GDPR compliance.

We use standard software, flexible, easy to deploy and easy to use, that we adapt to the needs of each client.

Your mission

Detect new leads and close deals

Generate leads from cold calling, speaking engagements and networking

Identify proper software solutions for customer and build custom sales proposals

Present the offer in face to face and sign the deal

Manage and advise existing customers

Follow and advice customers to have a good satisfaction and retain them

Develop cross-selling by creating extraordinary relationship with customers

Report to the executive manager


Sales skills and attributes

  • Required 5+ years software or IT sales experience.

  • Selling IT or Sofware consulting / services is a plus. 

  • You have a good general knowledge in IT.

  • Ability to master technical products and understand how customer needs. 

  • Computer literate in terms of standard Microsoft Office applications. 

  • Experience working with an online CRM is a plus.

  • Must be personable and outgoing and easy to get along with. 

  • Quick learner / ability to understand complex subject matter quickly. 

  • Must be a self-starter, positive outlook, and have a high level of enthusiasm. 

  • Ability to function in an independent environment without the need to be micro-managed closely on a daily basis. 

  • Highly motivated by the opportunity to earn unlimited income with a strong work ethic. 

  • Focused in defining a goal and seeing it through; Results-oriented, strong execution and planning skills. 

  • Superior interpersonal/customer relations skills. 

  • Excellent presentation skills. 

  • Must demonstrate integrity, loyalty, and honest business ethics


Combination of Base + Commission + Bonus. Commission rate with significant accelerators and no cap on earnings.

Annual Salary estimate : $65k if you do your objective but no cap
